Return Policy

Should an item not fit you or not be to your liking, you can simply return the goods to us at any time within 30 days of receipt, free of charge.

Please note: All returned items must be in their original condition with all hangtags and labels attached. Final Sale items will not be accepted for return.

  • After completing the above form, you will receive an email with your pre-paid return label

  • Pack the return item(s) back in the original packaging
  • Attach the printed label to the outside of the parcel. The label should be clearly visible.
  • Please take the parcel, and the instructions from the bottom of the label, to any convenient Post Office. Please keep the shipping receipt.

  • Credit

    As soon as your return is received by us, we will check the goods and arrange the restitution. The refund will be made within 2-4 weeks after receipt of the return.

    If you have already paid, we will credit the amount back to your bank account, PayPal account or your credit card. If the purchase was invoiced, you can reduce the amount invoiced accordingly. With payment by iDEAL, the purchase price is refunded once you have notified us of your bank details. To do so, contact our Service Centre.

    If, despite our careful quality control, products purchased in the online boutique are unsatisfactory, please return these items to us with the enclosed return label and the return reason "complaint". Please note that for organizational reasons only products bought at Wolford Online or in the Online Outlet can be returned via mail. If you purchased your products at a store, use our Store Finder to quickly ascertain the location of the boutique where they were purchased and inquire there for a prompt exchange or refund.
